We offer our own delivery service within Gauteng. If you require delivery outside of Gauteng we do arrange with our courier partner. When you choose delivery with Arcadia Designz, our friendly staff are responsible for getting the goods into your house in working order. If you choose to collect your goods, it is your responsibility once the goods are loaded into your delivery vehicle, any damages experienced thereafter are not the responsibility of Arcadia Designz. Yes we do, we require a 50% deposit to begin manufacturing the items. Once the goods are completed the remainder is due before delivery takes place. Clients are welcome to come view the products once completed or may ask for pictures before final payment is made.

HARDWOOD MAINTENACE AND CARE DAILY CARE At Arcadia Designz, our furniture is manufactured in such a way that it can adapt seamlessly to surrounding factors, however there may be some natural cracking or movement in your hardwood product. This is a normal response to hardwood as it adapts to the furniture's environment and climate. This is known as the “Acclimating process.” We treat all our Hardwood items with Rubio Monocoat. This is a single application-based stain and sealant. It is very important to note that this does not provide complete guaranteed protection against stains. The primary use of this product is to ensure that the raw timer is sealed and protected. Should anything spill on the product (Drinks, Food or any other substance) you will need to attend to it promptly. When cleaning your hardwood product, you just need to simply dust the furniture with a dry and slightly damp cloth. In the event of cleaning a spill or mess on the product, simply use a damp cloth and natural soap (no Handy Andy or ammonia-based cleaners.) Wipe in the direction of the wood grain. Avoid using soaps that contain detergents or other chemicals. Finally, dry the surface with a soft cloth to prevent any spotting. We highly recommend using Rubio Monocoat Surface Care as an all-purpose cleaner. This can be purchased in store or from Rubio Monocoats office in Kyalami. To protect the furniture, we always suggest using coasters or placemats to prevent damage from day-to-day wear and tear such as water marks, spillage or heat. Additionally, it is advisable to occasionally move objects such as décor, vases or flowerpots to avoid potential marking caused by excess moisture. You always need to ensure any excess water is immediately wiped dry. REFRESHING THE SURFACE For more thorough care, the original coating may require renewal over time. The time frames varies according to the wear and tear of each household or business. In such cases, we suggest a light sand and either a coat of the original Rubio Monocoat oil colour or just a coat of Rubio Monocoat Maintenance Oil. If there is discoloration, stubborn stains, or a superficial scratch, it is advised to first sand the entire surface. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before applying the Rubio Monocoat. Spread the product evenly, removing any excess to prevent spotting after drying. We are more than happy and willing to talk our customers through these processes or alternatively we do offer a furniture refresh service to maintain or repair your piece as an add-on service.
